Help!, I've fallen and I can't get up!

We were working out in the yard today, and I lost my balance and fell. EMSA had to come and transport me to the hospital. Initial x-ray indicates possible ACL injury. I’m in a lot of pain and needless to say, not much has been done today with regards to Darci.
